預苦期
今天打開靈修日記﹐發覺原來今天是預苦期的第一主日。
它寫著這兩句話:
「靈修﹐禁食﹐禱告﹐默想主的受難﹐體會施捨的精神。」
「耶穌定意上耶路撒冷﹐順服上帝﹐為世人捨命。」
May we keep thoughts of Jesus' ultimate submission in our hearts during March.
What is our response?

in the past, there're many times, it seemed to me that all of the sudden >> oh it's already Good Friday/ Easter, and I didn't realize..
yes during this month, let’s ponder upon the meaning of Easter, God’s love... for He love us so much and sacrificed for us
